Conceptual Design – If you already have your plans, that’s great. If you don’t, we can arrange to have your concepts and ideas captured on paper.
Final Design Plan & Construction Proposal – Once a design plan has been agreed upon, we will propose a construction plan including time frames and deliverables.
Resource Consent – Since we’re more familiar with the various requirements, we will guide and facilitate the building consent process on your behalf. However, some parts can only be undertaken by the owner but we can be on hand to guide you if necessary.
Build – Once all relevant consents have been granted, we will begin building.
Clean – Before you move in, we will ensure your new home is spic and span and ready to be lived in.
